Night Owls and Insomniacs

Only 3 hours a night is a long term solution toward an early death.
I know what it's like though, I was under extreme stress for several years and at the time I averaged 2-3 hours a night. I'm getting 6-7 now and I almost can't believe the positive difference it makes in my life.
Yeah, this is pretty new for me. I used to be able to get between 6-10, depending on weather, pain, health, and chores.
