Night Owls and Insomniacs

No night owl last night. I'm up with the chickens today.

Me got 7 ours of sleep but wishing it could have been 10. When me gets less than 8 me can be a real grump.... People may call me a grump today in instead of grandpa....

My CPAP says that I got 4+ hours sleep last night. I'm feeling the lack of the other 4 hours.

I might feel better if I would have stayed up all night.

I was up all night on purpose. I'm about to drift off and do it again 2 more nights.

I slept so much today I may be in for another rough one tonight. I'm not young enough anymore to pull 48 hour shifts and when I have to sleep in the daytime it messes my kilter up.

My kilter is really out of kilter. I used to night owl until after sun up but I don't handle it well now.
