l am still awake. I am not a bit sleepy. It's been 10-12 years since I had a spell of no sleep for 48 or more hours. It's a good thing my wife can still drive a short distance as we need to be in town in the morning.
 

I started taking a magnesium supplement about a month ago after watching this and it's made a huge difference for me.
I've thought about getting some magnesium threonate, though it's kind of expensive. I've heard that magnesium threonate is supposed to be the best kind of magnesium for sleep. Maybe I'll still try it.
 
At work right now. I do not know why, but this scene just makes me sad. The "keeping a lonely vigil" feel just...yeah. 😢
