...would you recommend putting geese in a chicken coop with the chickens? There’s a automatic door that shuts at a particular time...I’m afraid the geese won’t go into the coop in time—they’ll be left outside without protection.

How much do geese eat? Every time I go out to the coop they act as if they’re starving...I’m giving them chicken starter...should I be giving them something else?
 
Yes, they can be put in with the chickens... many geese are put i with chickens! Also, if the geese are being free ranged, they only need very little feed to supplement them. Some people don't even feed their chickens, because they already get so much nutrients from foraging.
