Hello, We live in Noblesville, Indiana as well. It just does not seem right that they do not allow chickens in Noblesville! They allow them in Fishers, Carmel, and Indianapolis. I would love to join you in trying to get chickens leaglized in Noblesville too.
 
I live just outside of the town limits, but the planning zones extend 2 miles outside of Noblesville city limits. Yes, we want chickens too! Please include us.
