Hello! I'm new to this site so I don't really know how to tag this or where to post it, sorry if I did it wrong. I just got on here because there was a big thunderstorm last night, and when I went to put my birds in, only four chickens were there. I don't know if it's due to the storm or anything else, and I'm really crossing my fingers that they come back, because we lost nine of our babies
. I really have no idea what would cause them all to disappear like that. There's no signs in or around the coop. The only maybe related thing I can think of is we had a guinea die a couple of days before this - she was fine when we closed her up at night, in the morning she was just dead. No signs of injuries, no blood, looked like she'd just fallen off her perch. This thunderstorm is meant to go all week so should I keep my chickens in? Is it due to the thunderstorm or something else? Do you think they'll come back? Sorry for asking so many questions but I'm really worried and hope my babies are okay, we've had pretty rotten bird luck this week.
