Thanks! Its pretty interesting different people can excel at different styles of running/working out. I'm better at endurance IMO than sprints because once I get going I can't stop. Its like moving a bunch of bricks.

Once I ran over a dog and really hurt him because I couldn't stop... :( Poor guy.
