Currently very, very sore after only 25 girl push-ups and 50 crunches...ugh. Does anyone else feel out of shape?? :/

I could blast out 100 sit ups no problem. 200 even. Probably even 250 to 300. Push-ups on the other hand... Yeah, I could do 100. But around 50, My arms just shut off for no apparent reason... :/.Thats great your in good shape...at least one of us is! I'm planning on reaching 100 pushups, 100 sit ups, and a 5:30 mile.![]()

...yeah! I should do that! I just don't have anywhere good to run....Ooo! Lots of sit ups!Around sit up number 50 I start getting shaky...but my PE class I take doesn't do sit ups so I'm not sure what I could do. Your obviously a guy, so you have more stomach muscle than I. I used to do 70 push ups no prob, guy style. But after awhile of doing it everyday, I popped something and now it hurts my insides to do guy push ups...so girl for me.![]()
You should time yourself on a mile! I run everyday and shaved 1:30 off my mile time yesterday! So happy!
