i get 1-6 hours of sleep a night, have 3 kids I homeschool, and tend a small farm by myself. ON top of many other things that I do.  But yes you need more sleep.

I didn't get to sleep until like 5:30 last nig- this morning.

Went to sleep at 12:00 pm for 4 nights and woke up at 6:00 am on the same days.
