Nipple / Cup waterer made from tubing and PVC

Is anyone willing to sell one of these with cups already made? Or just the pipe made up and I can add my own cups later? Was trying to avoid buying all the parts and cement lol. I know it’s easy, but I’ve been so busy!

I’ve been searching online for a long time and nobody seems to sell complete units, so I was putting it out there in case anyone here who already had the spare parts and wouldn’t mind making a little money back to sell me one. I’m aware that I could make it, but we’ve been very busy this year.
