Nite Guard Solor

Has anyone used Nite Guard Solor units to keep preditors away? Are they worth buying?

I have them. No idea if they're working, since you can't prove a negative (as in, I've had no assaults on the coop since installing them, but I can't prove they're the reason).

I did however have a raccoon assault the first week the coop was in place before I installed the Nite Guards. *fingers crossed*

I have solar security lights in my backyard which is enclosed by fence. I live on top of a Mesa in Joshua Tree and very much secluded. After moving here from San Diego, didn't think we would have a need for security lights, but soon learned the reality. The lights have stopped people at night walking on the property or dumping garbage, and go off when animals enter the yard, especially jack rabbits... I do plan to use the predator lights for around the coop as a second safety measure...
