Here, is my 2nd assignment, finally! Sorry that I was so late.

Hair can be a lot of fun to draw, as long as you know how to do it. You can make it up as you go along for the most part, but there are a few rules.

First of all, there's gravity. I'm sure you've heard of it. Gravity is the thing that pulls things downward. Hair is fairly light, but gravity is still something to consider. If the person is hanging upside down, the hair flows downwards, if they are the right way up, even if there is wind or a breeze, the hair will still be going down, even if it's just a little bit.

Secondly, the direction that the head is moving in. If you jump or duck, your hair goes up. If you Move quickly to one side, your hair blows out in the opposite direction.

And then there's wind. If it's just a slight breeze, a few strands will be blowing up. But if it's really windy all of the hair will be blowing around. If you have(or have ever had) long hair, you'll know that the wind has a tendency to blow your hair into your face.

Other notes:
• Hair covers the eyes, not the other way around. That would make it more chibi than anime. It's hard to explain. I hope you understand.
• If you think your face looks weird if you have your eyes halfway down, make the hair come further down the face.
• Hair is flowing, not rigid. Even strait hair is not just a strait line.
• Draw hair in chunks, not strands. By looking a real hair you can see this.
The assignment and grading will be posted shortly. I am doing individual assignments and it takes a bit longer.

Grading/Assignment
Bella1210
Face: Try and make the face shape and eyes more anime-y. The mouth and nose are good. Try and bring the eyes and nose down closer to the chin.
Hair: The first one is my personal favourite. Try to have the hair more flowy. Spread it out a bit more. Another tip for drawing in general: Dont press down so hard.
Grade: B-
Assignment:
• Do 1 example of male hair.
• Draw 1 example of long hair tied up.
• Try doing some more anime looking eyes(However many you want)

Chickenfur
Face: It is okay. The picture you did of mark is much better though(I love that game!)
Hair: All three of them are really good!
Grade: B+
Assignment:
• Do 3 eyes
• Do a few drawings from IoH or elsewhere.

Quinn4321
Face: Try to shorten the chin a bit. The eyes should be halfway down the face. Both ears should be even with the eyes. (And keep your finger out of the picture

)
Hair: Hairstyles 3 and 1 are good. 2 would be great if you made sure the hair was coming from the whole back of the head. It'll make the hair look more natural.
Grade: B
Assignment:
• Do 3 drawings of the face shape and only the face shape, and mark out where the eyes would go.

Face: As always, try not to make everything so cubed. Relax and let the lines be flowy, not rigid, curves, not dents. Let the hair come further down onto the face. Everything else is good.
Hair: There is no problem with the hair, they're fine, but I think you should try doing longer hair.
Grade: B
Assignment:
• Do 4 different ways to draw longer, flowing hair. It doesn't even have to be out. It could be in a low ponytail or plait.
• Do 3 different eyes, this time, not in strait lines. You can do it.

Face: It's pretty good. The eyes are a bit large, dark and over powering. Either do everything else darker or not do the eyes so dark. Everything else is good!
Hair: They are really excellent! Good job!
Grade: A-
Assignment:
• 3 whole faces
