NN - cockerel or pullet?

I have this NN that I've entered in the fair, but I'm starting to wonder if it's a cockerel, not a pullet. There are 2 the same age, and this one is a LOT bigger than the other. The only difference I've noticed is that this one has a single large wattle, while the other has 2 smaller wattles. What does everyone think?

the comb and wattles

my NNs are a bit younger but are pullets and comb and wattle is small and pink
