No air cell on day 23?

Does that mean the baby has pipped internally? The egg is completely dark......no sign of an air cell at all. What does this mean? Two others hatched early this am.

Yes, that means the chick is filling the whole egg and has internally pipped. Have you checked your temps? If they're not hatching till day 23 it sounds like your temp is running low.
