So I was cleaning out my incubator and left it outside for 15 mins to dry and my chickens ate it and my hens just started laying and I really want to hatch the eggs but only have the top of the bator and can’t get one in time to start incubation is there a way I can make a bottom for some I can do? I have a farm innovator 4250

If you have a wooden board you're not too fond of you could probably just place that on a table and put the lid on top. I'm not sure the auto turner would still fit in it if you used this method but it would work fine. You could use cups/bowls for humidity if the bator doesn't do that automatically.
