In Miami, chickens are about 18 months old. Is it just hot out? They all look like this, we don’t see bugs.

Since it sounds like they are all like this, do you have one that's fine? I'm wondering if you have a bully in the bunch.

Chickens need 4 sq feet of space in the coop, and 10-15 sq feet each in the run. Check to see if they are overcrowded.

While molting isn't out, usually that starts at the head, and the odds are they wouldn't all be molting at the same time.

I'd put them on a high-protein food. Many all-flock versions are around 20%. You'll have to put some oyster shell in a separate dish or container, as whilst it has higher protein, it's lower in calcium.

Missing feathers like this is either:

Mites
Overcrowding
Bully chicken
Low protein feed
Molting
