I did landscape design and was floored when I arrived to an appointment; I was pretty much told I could charge whatever I wanted because she had been stood up by several other companies. I got the job, and it ended up being a very lucrative, long-term relationship (and no, I didn’t charge her any more than what I would have charged anyone else for the same work!). She was one of my best clients, all because I did what I said I would do. Mind.blown.

Well, I heard back from this person, apparently there was an escaped animal. She will come tomorrow morning.
IN the meantime, I made an appointment with a 4th person, who will theoretically be here in 10 minutes.
If she shows up on time, she'll probably get the job, not going to lie

The cleaner still hasn't made any effort to get in touch or offer an explanation. I have someone new lined up for Wednesday, let regaining control of my life BEGIN!

have you tried a local temp agency, or just ask a elder care agency locally to see if they have someone who would like to pick up a side gig since many are in essence a cleaning person that can handles meds and help bathing, and do shopping for the elderly some are NA LPNs but some aren't even a nurse
