Township will not allow my chickens from spring city east coventry township
Chickens eat the scraps produce eggs and keep insects at bay

You need to contact some of the groups in your area that work to get chicken laws changed, and present your case to the powers in charge and convince them to change the laws...

These pro chicken keeping groups have pretty much created template arguments and counter arguments so they will save you a lot of time in leg work... Then the only thing left is selling it to the politicians, that can be easy or an uphill battle depending on their mindset and public objections...
