Congrats on the great hatch!!!

Just walked out to broody and her chick, We have two grey/blue chicks(one pb and one with some pink toes!), two black chicks and the lovely cross chick, so basically 3 pure breed silkies and two cross breed silkie x cuckoo mararn/exchequer leghorn!!! there is one more egg left to hatch and i can hear chirping from it!! so fingers crossed!

i will try later on to get picture's of them altogether as some are not fluffed up yet!

take one and put up against a light and see is there is a black object in it is not they have died if there is put in back

My broody has been sitting for 22 days and there is still no chicks? the eggs seem to be cold and no pips either, there is definitely development in them do you think they have died in the shell, should i leave them or crack one of them open and see whats going on? cheers..
