Any thoughts on what breed this is? she came from the rare breed bin but the employee I asked didn't know(not the most knowledgable staff there)

And we're hoping this is an Americana, but I've seen Welsummers look like that as well, what do you think?

First one looks like a Partridge Rock.

The second could be a Welsummer, Brown Leghorn, or Speckled Sussex.

I'm new to chicks and I'm really bad at the guessing game, but I wanted to say that the second one looks just like my Welsummer.

BLRW... that is would be Blue Laced Red Wyandotte for number one... number two is a Welsummer... It does look like an Americauna but that would not be in a rare breed assortment.
