No comb (pic)

Is it common for a ee to be combless. I did not cut it off or anything.

Yes your ee is normal. They get what they call a rosecomb.

Hey there!
Can you post another pic of this chick..maybe a full body? I had bought a couple of Welsummers at a chicken show.. well, one of them is a Welsummer. The other isn't. The coloring looks to be the same as yours, starting of a rose comb, dark color on beak, and greenish- gray legs. She had them in the same pen as black Aruacaunas...so I figure it is a cross. Wonder what the eggs will look like?!

Or anyone else who has this kind of chick.
