No Comb?

Just got this Olive Egger a couple weeks ago from a swap. There were 2 Olive Eggers supposedly born in early December. I’ve noticed the smaller girl is still chirping like a chick and has no sign of any comb. Is this normal? Not as concerned with her age as much as if she will eventually develop one. She is on the bottom right in the first photo.

Some pullets, especially those with pea combs, have very little to no combs. Nothing to worry about .

She has a comb. It's a pea comb. They are smaller and stay close to the head.
