No development at all

I've had 7 goose eggs in my last two incubation attempts. Not one has had any development at all. Incubator temp is 99-100 consistently. Does this mean my ganders aren't doing their jobs? Or is there some other reason for this? I'm so heartbroken.
Now I have two mama geese each sitting on 9 eggs. Hoping for something, anything, to hatch!! lol

How old are the geese ?
My drake was more then doing his job but was a bit younger still and I had the same issue
Nothing would start
A month later everything was fertile
So could be they are to young or boys are not doing the job
