I bought 2, 1 year old hens last week, and 1 of them looked like it had been bread by a rooster. They havn't layed any eggs( I asumed b/c they were nervous due to a new coop) and the one that looked like it has been bread is setting in the nest. I check under it today and there were no eggs. It was still setting when I just went out, but I didn't check for eggs. What do yall think?

It could take weeks for them to adjust and lay eggs. Being bred by a rooster does not impact whether they lay eggs or not. If she isn't broody - which she might be if she is spending all day in the nest box - then they might just need more time to adjust.
