About three weeks ago, my girls had a rough bout with coccidiosis, and we lost one unfortunately. The others survived and seem to be doing perfectly fine now, but only one of them is laying. The coccidiosis came on about a month after they all started laying for the first time, and we were so excited! Now we're just worried they aren't going to lay again. I've scoured the internet, and haven't found anything to really addressing this other than repeat bouts with it which they have not had. Hoping someone might have some experience with this? They definitely don't have any parasites or show any signs of any, I just deep cleaned the run and the coop after the outbreak as well, so I'm not sure what's going on. I really don't want to have to cull our girls and start over 😭😭

Don’t cull them just be patient. It’s that time of year where even healthy layers slow down and often stop laying all together. Between the stress of being sick and daylight getting shorter they most likely won’t start laying until the spring which is normal.

Being that they are first-time layers I'd expect them to start laying again shortly. Sickness will slow down laying. Be patient! In the meantime take a close look at your husbandry (do they have enough space and ventilation?).

Thanks yall! I was hoping it was just sick stress, but with one laying ans the rest not I was just starting to get concerned that maybe to coccidiosis caused permanent damage. I'm glad to hear a second opinion from those more experienced!
