No eggs now??

They lay one egg every 25 hours so the time of day that they lay the egg will cycle and vary. The sunshine will help them. I know that I like sunshine.

Alright now i feel dumb for making a big deal over no eggs,(only a week?) Just a min ago i found a real egg,not a little chicken egg,but a momma chicken egg lol..It was just about the size of a large storebought egg.

Although they didnt lay in the nestbox,they did lay in the very corner of the barn,which i guess i can live with that.

oh,and can new laying hens go broody???or is that something that happens when thier a year or so old?
