No eggs since the first one??

HI BYCers!

I'm just wondering whats wrong or is there something wrong with my chick. I have a 6 month old white leghorn that laid her first egg exactly 5 days ago. The egg was small and shell-less but after that no more eggs from her. :<

I cant tell because her 2 companions in the run are brown layers and are laying normally.
What should i do about it? :/

I have a girl that layed her first 9 days ago. She hasnt layed since either. I have another thatlayed her second 7 days later so I wouldnt worry too much.

I have similar situation...
I had one egg last monday. Small normal egg. then Sunday I got a soft one.... strange.... and now today another soft one...
If you're having the inconsistent first layers.... is it normal? Or some what expected?
