No eggs!!! What am I doing wrong?

i had an easter egger at 7 month comb turn red then she moulted and didn't start laying till 9 months old. i know thats not what you want to hear.

my laying RIR does that hard upper side wing squat when I go to pick her up. I have two EE same age, DOB Jan 21st. Started getting eggs last week. But no clue which one. But the darker one keeps getting in the box. And I noticed she is fuller in the rear and she does that wing/squat thing now. She used to just try and peck me.
I was worried she was a rooster cause her comb/wattle is much redder/bigger...but I think it is the darker one.

Most here feed free choice, in other words, keep feed available at all times. Offer grit and oyster shell separately and also free choice. Limit treats to about 5% of their daily intake.

Then wait til they are ready.
