No eggs yet

I would not bother using nest boxes.
They usually just lay anywhere on the ground.
That is true for some quail. Within my flock most prefer to lay in boxes (usually I just use cardboard boxes filled with nesting material). And then there the odd eggs that are just here and there.
 
Wooohoo!! That"s great you are getting eggs!

I'm still waiting. Giving them 28% gamebird feed and dried meal worms twice a week.
I have lights on a timer that come on at 6pm and go off at midnight. I removed three roos who where fighting. Now I have 1 pen 3 hens to 1 roo. And another pen with 1 hen and 1 roo.

I see them mating but still no eggs. I am learning to be patient...
