No eggs??!!

I have 8 hens at the moment, 1 is a RIR and my other 7 are barred rock hens, I'm only getting 1 egg a day, not sure which hen it's coming from. They are all ages 3-4. I'm feeding them pellets and they have a very large coop and boxes to sleep in, they are also free range chickens. I'm not sure where to go from here or if any of the rest of them are laying and what I can do to get them to lay??!!

Are you sure they are not hiding their eggs some where? What is the protein content of their feed?
The summer heat can be hard on egg production. Also, egg production drops when hens go passed two years of age, so it's probably not surprising that you are getting poor production. Have you considered adding some pullets to the flock?
