No eggs???

My mixed flock of 16 chickens are not laying any eggs. I know egg production slows down but I didn't expect it to totally stop. I'm getting 1 egg every 5-7 days. Zero from my Easter Eggers. No supplemental light as we want them to have some break. Food and water is the same. We did lose our rooster a few weeks ago. The girls are not allowed to free range as much now. Trying to give them time to adjust.

Does this sound normal?

Sadly enough, it's that time of year. As the day length increases so will egg production.

They also will stop if they're molting.

I have a light on in the coop from 4am to 8am every day. Still, some hens are molting, it's very cold outside, and it's winter.
Patience!
I have pullets, hens, and older ladies, 37 total. Ten eggs/ day this week!
