No eggs

I have killed 7 snakes this year in or round my coop. Now that all the snakes are gone my hens aren’t laying any ideas?

I wouldnt think it has anything to do with the snakes. My girls are very picky about when they lay. If they dont lime the weather I'm very low on eggs. Rain, cold, really hot days. Are you sure that they arent laying somewhere other than where you are looking. Ive found eggs in very interesting places over the years

How old are your girls? Mine start slowing down after around year 4 or 5

They might be a bit shook from the snakes. I would give them a bit to calm down before you get nervous of anything wrong with them.

Maybe you didn't get all the snakes?
Where do they usually lay....in coop nests?
Need way more info before making more than a wild guess.
Are they free ranged?
They may ave found a better place to lay if snakes were accessing the coop nests.
