I have 4 red sex links suppose to be around 16 weeks old when i bought them, i've had them for 3 weeks. They eat well and seem happy but no eggs. There combs are still pink and very small. Just be patient?

Yes. I have four sexlinks as well and they did not lay until the combs were very red and had grown a bit. You as many of us were have received bad information. Be patient and the eggs will come. Good luck

Are they your only birds?
Moving stress and time of year(if you are in the northern hemisphere) could be slowing onset of lay.
Yep, be patient, they will lay when their bodies are ready.

I agree with @aart. Stress can cause them to not lay and it will take some time for them to get out of the stress from moving.
