NO emergency, wormer question - Dog/cat piperazine for chickens

I want to give my chickens some piperazine in their water this morning.The only wormer the feed store had was for dogs/cats,its callled "D-Worm". It doesn't say what % piperazine on the bottle or the manufacturers web site. I don't know how much to put in their water. The bottle says "equivalent to 4.25 grams piperazine base per 100cc". The manufacturer is Farnam . Can someone advise how much to add to a 2.5 gallon waterer ? Thanks

So, rounding off, this would be about 4 grams to 3 liters. 2.5 gallons is about 10 liters, so that would be about 250 cc (or ml) in 2.5 gallons. If I did the math right.
