No feathers on butt of Buff Orp

Checking on the my girls today and notice that Lucy's butt has hardly any
feathers around her vent and its red in the area. She is acting fine, not sure if she has been laying because of the 19 other girls. Any ideas or what to apply to the area? Any help would be appreciated.

She might be self-plucking and/or broody. This happened to my Zipfi and though she is now acting perfectly healthy and is active, she can't seem to help plucking a circle between her legs!

Of course you need to also check for parasites to reassure yourself...
