No feed - Is it possible?

Hello everybody, I'm normally on the duck forum, but I wanted to ask a greater number of people this question. I'm curious to know, does anybody's chickens not require feed? In other words, is it possible for your chickens to get enough to eat via free ranging, table scraps, etc. without additional feed?

Mine are free ranging close to 12 hours a day but still want some feed. It's only about 1 1/2 oz a day but they demand it. They fill up on feed as they return to the coop at night. They get treats as well. Mine are mostly larger DP birds. Perhaps a smaller bodied, more feed efficient bird could but mine can't. I also want some fortified feed in them to help balance out all the goodies they find. Who knows what they are finding during the day.
