Well its day 16 on quail nothing seems to be happening, what have i done wrong, any answers would be great , thanks, im a male no patients,

What type of quail are you hatching? Most quail take at least 17 to 19 days, and on up to 26 days depending on the breed, unless these are Button quail at 16 days. But generally they don't always hatch on the due date. So always go at least 4 or 5 days past due date in case they are late.
