I have had my eggs in their incubator for 22 days now... followed all the rules..... turned them 3x per day ...... left them alone on day 18 .... and now no hatching or even pipping.

The teacher next door to me had the same eggs from the same farm and has 10 chicks.

Where are mine?? Should I increase the temp? Add water? Pray??

Don't fiddle with the temperature now. It's not going to make a difference this late. What was your temp and humidity during incubation and lockdown?

it was at 100 degrees the whole incubation, with the exception of an open incubator when turning the eggs

Well that's kind of a big issue when hatching eggs. Too high of a humidity and the air sac begins to fill up with water and then when they internally pip they drowned. Too low of a humidity and they will get stuck to the shell/get shrink wrapped. Humidity is just as important to measure as temperature.
