You guys crack me up .. AND my first reaction was "Oh HECK no! .. he'd be washing it off for me..."

Then I thought about cash money. Dollar bills handled by millions of people with God-knows-what on their hands. Coin money that has been in the mouths of how many little kids, etc, and we don't wash our money??

I guess as long as we dont SEE it, we don't have to think about it, huh?

None-the-less .. from another country or not .. "dude" would have been wiping my card with one of his Clorox wipes before giving it back to me ..

My Granny was as country as they come. She used to take us to the city pool in her town every summer when we were kids. If we asked for money for a drink or snack, she reached down in her bra and pulled some out. I would be so embarassed!

Maybe it has something to do with being from another culture-especially since most places outside of the US aren't as strict about hygeine.

Had you brought your card to me, I would have cleaned the bar code with a clorox wipe, not my tongue, but that's me.
