No Hygrometer - any other signs to keep humidity level in control?

Got my thermometer/ hygrometer x 2 in today. Have put in bator only to find out temp was 3.1 degrees short of 37.5 and humidity around 65% (both new thermometers /hygrometers are giving same readings) I am in day 6 of incubation so temp. had been down from day 1 (I put it down to dodgy mercury thermometer that I used to calibrate my bator)
Is it worth me continuing with incubation or discard these eggs and start from scratch?

Have you candled them? Maybe give then 24 hr at the correct temp and then candle and see where they are. That's in the range where you get some development but it's not optimal. Even those that survive will likely hatch at a lower rate, but I wouldn't give up if you have some action.
Let your humidity fall a bit, now that you know where it's at.

Candelled the eggs yesterday and all seems to be fertile atleast. However were more at day 4ish stage (based on online images that I have compared against ).
Since then have been maintaining steady 37.5 and humidity has dropped to 35%. Was hoping to candle at day 10 now to see if any progress being made. Any suggestions otherwise?

Have you salt test calibrated your hygrometers?
Here's one method. You can also find many links to salt testing hygrometers, just Google it. Also vids on YouTube.

Salt Test

1. Place the salt in the bottle cap (or other small container).
2. Dampen the salt with water. Do not put so much in that the salt gets "sloppy".
3. Place both the hygrometer and the bottle cap full of damp salt in the ziploc bag or wide mouth Mason jar and seal it well.
4. Keep it like this for over 8 hours

I usually leave mine for 12 hours before taking a reading. If I'm in a hurry I leave it for 8 hours. 24 hours is best.

ETA - I usually calibrate each sensor 3x and take the average of the 3 readings to use.

Calibrating is a good idea. Otherwise I think you're set. Candle them regularly, keep an eye on development, especially as you approach lockdown since hatch date is gonna be funky. If you have light eggs, it's easy to tell when chicks are starting to reposition. Dark you basically are looking for when the air cell starts to change quicker.

Three out of the 6 eggs hatched on day 21 and 22. The rest of the three eggs are still in incubator. When I candelled them on day 18 all of them felt very promising with clear development inside. However two of the eggs had slightly smaller air sacks.
How many days should I wait for the remaimg 3 eggs to hatch - any tips would be appreciated?
The chicks tends to be doing well, going under the brooder for nap and resting. And roaming around rest of the time for food and water.

Nice! Thanks for the update, glad you have those sweet babies. I think the usual consensus is day 25, you could give it a bit longer if you still have movement but my gut says that anything that doesn't pip by then isn't gonna, even with your slower first week.
