No idea what's wrong with leg

What is wrong with my chicken I'm brand new first chicks and my only hen what do I do?

When did you first notice it? What do you use for flooring in your brooder and what do you feed them?

Really dang the other one I have is bigger and I can tell it's a cockerel.
I just noticed it yesterday I haven't gotten them out this week cause I've been so busy I noticed when it was walking away from one of my bigger chicks. They are in a big cardboard box with shavings in the bottom and they get medicated starter feed
