No kill animals for profit?

I would live to hear about different animals one can raise for profit or consumables...
So chickens are great for eggs... but what other animals give you things without killing them?
Alpaca, sheep for fur? Rabbits for manure?
Anyone have experience with this?

Specific breeds of goat, rabbit, sheep, camel, alpaca, and bovine for wool

Sheep, goat, camel and cow for milk (theoretically horse too)

Ducks, quail, turkey and geese for eggs

I've always wanted to choose a rare heritage breed of hoofstock (one day) to breed and sell to others looking to start or improve genetics in their own herd.
Initial costs, health testing, etc, might make it less profitable, but I love the idea of a no kill situation that also helps preserve a dwindling breed.
