I just combed through our city codes and Ordinances. There is nothing there that says we can't own any type, breed, or sex of poultry.
It makes me happy to know this because I have a few people waiting to get chicks from me. We also have no limitations on how many we can own. I wish I had looked this up sooner. Now I know that I can get the 100 RIR chicks I wanted.
