No luck with baby turkeys

I keep buting them and they keep dropping dead. Heat lamp on. they are eating and drinnking. This time one of the burbon reds just started gasping for air and not moving. any ideas? They are being reared as pets not meat btw.

Can you post a pic of your setup along with temps and the age of the chicks?

Are you hatching them yourself or getting them someplace ? We have had 3 hatches lately with no issues. We give them water,gamebird starter and also a little gatorade for a few days, not sure if this makes sence but works for us.
