No luck with light Brahma pullets iso pullets!

Sometimes you get lucky on Craigslist I’ve gotten some nice chicks of of there. I don’t know if they would be good enough to show, though

Mypetchicken can be pricey but they have nice birds and a very low minimum buy (I had trouble with that too). I think in the summer it's 4 minimum birds, winter it's 6, something like that. I ordered 13 chicks from there and they all arrived healthy.

I just got 4 from Meyer they have 3 minimum but again it’s getting down in temps here esp. at night so ordering more is just not an option. My others will be 6 weeks in a few days and are integrated with everyone else and almost feathered. That was the initial plan. Brahmas take forever to start laying so they would have been close if notlaying already by spring. Things just never work out lol

Not needing perfect birds atm their project is breeding so we needed diversity anyways. But no luck on Craigslist lol or fb groups nearby
