Some days I wish we would have taken three weeks off this time of year. I could have really used it. Going straight through... three years in a row. Once you get the ball rolling it's hard to stop.

Get some rest, full time job and chickens isn't easy.

Next month I start my first batch of cornish x, I plan to process all 25 in mid-October. I've also got about 20 roosters to process in September out of my main flock.
