No. of eggs under hen?

How many eggs you can put under a broody hen? Somebody told me u can put 25 eggs. I wonder how she'll manage then.

, well that depends on what breed hen and how detumined they r and the size of the eggs u use. i've had 1 silkie hen who was a clepto and stole half of her clutch,lol. she ended up on 21 silkie eggs and hatched.

when i put copper black marans under them i could fit no more than 2-3 eggs for each one.
