no pips oh my im going to cry...

im worried my hatch is due today and i havnt heard a single pip..they have been on lockdown for three days and ive kept close tabs on the temp/humidity.
what did i do wrong?..

i want to give those little guys every bit of a chance for life...

what would u do????

I would wait up to five more days. Sometimes if your temp was a fraction of a degree low or if they are certain breeds the hatch can take a few days longer. Don't completely give up til day 25 or so.

(If you have any eggs you suspect of being rotten in there, you might want to take them out now though. Because I've heard that rotten eggs left in much longer than 21 days can explode and be utterly vile.)

Do not worry, give them some more time.

thanks for the responses nice to know im not the only one going thru this nerve-wrackin part...

i'll wait till mon/tues but then im going to have to open it n see whats going on..
