We care, but with so many people some posts just get lost.

Also give your posts some time, like a day or two because sometimes that's how long it takes for them to be answered.

Please stop with the whining. There are thousands of posts going on at one time and things move down the line very quickly. If someone has an answer, they will answer you. You need to give it some time. People have a life outside of BYC and aren't hanging around, ready to answer every post the second it comes up. I highly doubt anyone is being ignored on purpose.
