No Reply box

Hi,

User theotherranch has started having issues with the site. Up until about 2 weeks ago there were no problems but suddenly the reply box has disappeared on threads and in his PMs. He has no issues with navigating the site, he just has no option to post or reply to messages. He was using IE (not sure which version) and after the problems started he downloaded the latest version of Chrome but it didn't help.. OS is XP I believe. Any suggestions I can pass on to him? Thanks!

Is it in all sections of the site? In all threads? Can they use the PM feature?

To try troubleshooting I always start with clearing cache, trying another browser, then trying another computer. Those things help to isolate where the problem might be. For example, if the problem persists across multiple computers on the same network, it might be and ISP issue. If it persists on computers on different networks and different devices (example it also doesn't work on an iphone) it may be an account issue.

Yes its the whole site. He has no problem navigating through the site, accessing PMs, reading threads etc, but there's just no reply box anywhere! I'll point him towards the troubleshooting guide and let you know. Thanks.
